U CAN ATTACK HIM, BUT U MUST FIRST VISIT SOME OF HIS PARLOURS OR MAKE HIM "ENEMY", THEN U CAN SABOTAGE HIM TOO

I have my doubts this guy (at the posted pic) is attacking you (because of level gap).

When you just posted pic because of showing the screen, you should make him your enemy via button at your opponents character screen. Then you can sabotage him at the weapon shop (also have level gap here in mind) or visit some of his parlours (you pay some money for a hoe and lose 50% energy, but then you have an option to raid this parlour for some days, if he has not bought protection. But this is unlikely because of your description he is raiding one;-) and re-visit him via Spyware.sex tab.

he is not attacking my it was just a pic I find to make my question more understandble. I am geting attack be 15-24 LVL players.
and I need to go to pimp school. where my profile pic should be ther it say "you can´t raid yet"

finish tutorial mission against hostile pimp (Big D), by passing pimp school lesson and buying a weapon. You also should invest skill points into fighting ;-)

to RAID u need lvl15 or + AND do the PIMP class for lvl15
