How do I get Divine Celtic at Bunga Bunga?

I have tried many combinations of alcohol and "candies" and always send at least 25 girls (level 100/100) and I have gotten hundreds of Divines but no Celtic and almost no Arab.  Any suggestions?

You're just unlucky, then. Celtic girls are the hardest to find and I found about 4 or 5 100/100 Celtic girls since I started playing.
