The simple answer is, you can't.  Girls have a set maximum sex appeal, and that puts them into a category, from Mafugy up to Divine.  Each category is 'prettier' than the lower one.  Some girls are specials, such as those who come in bundles and they tend to be the best looking ones.

Actually changing the facial features I do not think is possible.  Purchased girls (from bundles) can have their ethnicity changed (once for free_ and you can change their clothes at teh Sex Shop, and that is about it so far as I know.

Big E is right.
Altering facial structure is not included. And the girls faces you are referring to belong to package/event girls. So without money no desired faces...

Additionally you can change the haircut and the head cover too ;-)
