I found a crack in the system and I thought I would inform you all about it so you can also profit from it. As devs are no longer looking at this forum, I think it is safe to post it here. At worst, it will be patched within the next year.
To exploit this "glitch", you'll need :
1 – A minimum between 800 and 1,000 Candy Coins.
2 – Access to the flyers building (located next to the casting tent)
3 – A couple of free spots in both of your hookers and actresses rosters.
How to do it :
Wait until the day you'll get a free golden flyer. Look at the countdown and a couple of hours BEFORE it gets to zero, do the following : BUY golden flyers (10 CCs each) until you get a premium girl. (It doesn't matter if she is a hooker or an actress.) It normally takes about 800 CCs to get one.
Then, do NOT log out of the game until you claim your free golden flyer a few minutes/hours later. The girl you will get from that free flyer will always be a premium girl.
You can now log out of the game if you want to. From then on, every girl you will get using a free golden flyer will always be a premium one.
IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU DO NOT BUY MORE GOLDEN FLYERS PAST THIS POINT. Otherwise, it will reset the flyer building and you'll have to go over that process again to get your free premium girls. I can tell, I was stupid enough to do it myself.

P.S. The chances of getting a hooker or an actress are still completely random, though.
