What are the factors by dating?

What I figured out so far:

• The location gives an initial boost to satisfaction (circle bar on the right)
• The answers are decided based on the temper. Middle temper middle answer.
• If you have all the gifts, than the right one is offered.
• You cannot give two gifts.
• If the close deal is green, than you can close it. Then based on satisfaction and other factors and random, the girl joins.
