As it is explained in the gametutorial you get your jobs at the jobcenter. If you are still too lowlevel for jobcenter try prison, liquior-shop and for pimpjobs go to the motel.

i now what the tutorial said but it didnt say how to get there hence the question where do i go the screen board of the game

To obtain a job, go to the building near the spa and the pub, that says Job Offers.  Or, you can go to the spa/hotel/restaurant and apply there directly.  In order to take the jobs, though, your stats have to be high enough, and complete the relevant course at the Academy (building marked School with the clapboard, next to the stadium, upper left area of the game or so).  At the motel, talk to Mr Big D for pimp jobs, and for the prison and liquor shop, just talk to the person you find there.
