I have some of the combinations for a bonus, but not all of them.  

Here's what I have:

Classic Act (+67%) = Blowjob + Missionary

The Helicopter (+73%) = Cowgirl + Reversed cowgirl + Cowgirl

I could use the studiosettings for Fetish and better movies, cost a fortune to make a bad movie... I have 100% on BJ, Strip and some more, cant remember / see them now, during filming and write another manus..
