yes it is the same. each photo shoot and film will move her a little closer to the red.  honestly i have not had one ASK me to work for me yet but this apparently does happen after a while however you can just ask them to work as an actress the same as you ask one to work as a hooker (click the meter and click that you want to ask her to work for you, the left meter is for actress and the right for hooker)
