Ideas to improve gangs

I think a major flaw of the current gang setup is it does not reward gang members individually.

Why not add individual battle or money making bonuses?  Right now other than being part of a group there is really not many benefits of being in a gang

upgrade options could be added to give these bonuses

yeah i agree, right now its just waisting cash & excitement. i think at least the battle bonuses should effect you in your personal games & battles.
