I was wondering if there is a way to raise a girls max Sex Appeal.  Also, what level of stats should I have to successfully date the higher level girls (Average and Up)?

no u cant raise the max lvl. your second qustion : i can not tell you precisely but increase your sweet talking when u level up, that way u have better chance to get better girls.
