What's needed to win cock fights?

What are the skills needed to win cock-fights?  I have 30 in each of the sex skills (at the outhouse), and I still can't win against the third gigolo teacher.  Are there other things that are needed?

To win a cockfight you need the things...:

Mojo - You get mojo from many different sources, and you can never have enough.

SPA - The more things you buy at the spa, the better. And you need to maintain it every day.

Outhouse - The more you train here, the better. 30 in each skill is nothing.

 

I cannot give you any numbers for what is needed for each trainer, but they are not the easiest to beat. It takes alot of effort.

only thing that matters in pimp school cockfights is dick size and spa treatments.  outhouse will only effect player v player cockfights

Then why am I so much lower in score against the school cockfights, when I'm several levels higher than is needed to start the fight.  And I have a lot of the spa treatments, at least half anyways.
