The best way at the first 10 Levels is just to follow the tutorial. You can level up to Level 10 within one day. Afterwerd the best way of earning money, is to let the whores to the work. And do not loose to much stamina on satisfiying cougars. The ships also help to get money pretty fast. Try also to satisfy Mrs Wingle (The Liquorshop - Owner).
