I keep going to hospital while serving a cougar!

It happens very often now. More than what I saw at the beginning. I'm level 22 and I serve the cougar with the right amount of energy and excitement and of course I use the right condom. But I'm receiving the ambulance screen with the candy coin loss. Can someone explain me how it works or why does it happen?

A:  Go settings and shut off automatic candy coin.   B:  You gotta use the extra exciters on top to keep her sassyfied.  If you dont have the stam/energy....save that hoe till later!!~~

also lvl up ur seduction skills and such .. read what each one does and that might be why u get the hospital more often if u dont keep up in the stats for ur lvls....just an idea.
