u cant, some girls have high temper some dont. but you need both kind because some of your clients want & specially some of your deals in night club want girls with high temper.

NOT ALL GIRLS' Temper can be CHANGED but,

You can change that few Girls' Temper by:

1.All Your Hoes and Bitches organised

2.Bitches and Hoes

3.Working Girls / Actresses.

4.Details

5.Look bottom left corner for temper and check whether the girl's temper can be changed

6.Change it  to the desired percentage.

It's true.

I don't know if it's the same for all, but for my part, all premium girls (those you buy from packs with real money OR with pendants during events) can have their temper/ethnicity changed. Those you recruit in-game (disco, pub, parties) seems to have their temper/ethnicity set for good.
