How does the Invisibility cloak work?

As the topic states. Who does this item work? I equipped it but still end up loosing at a desired massage parlor. Whish are the areas  of effect from this item?

i equipped one a day ago and am still getting raided obviously it doesnt work

from what i read, i think it allows you to get revenge without losing player protection period, like that thing that appear for 4 hours after someone beat you in a cockfight

that seems the way it is but when they say get revenge on any parlour you want kind of indicates the protection is permanent for the 14 days. tbh its a total waste of time
