u fuck them. if the system says : "she really likes money" it means she want to be a hooker, fuck her till her meter goes to red zone, then click on the meter & offer her a job.

Additionally, after you bang them, if it instead says "Pleasing men is not her thing", she's destined to be an actress instead.  The higher you get the meter, the more likely they are to accept the job, though actresses will ask automatically.  You have to offer the hooker job, but I wouldn't until it's at 100%, or close to it.  Keep cash handy, the amount required to bang them goes up each time.
