What happens when i kidnap someones gril from his brothel? Its the same as if i kidnap girls from the street ? U know, he pays ransom or waits for his gril to be released.

Yes, there is a way.  You can lose a girl if someone fought for her on the street and won.  You will just get a notification that says, "you lost a girl".  Since there are two options to get your girl from the street.  Kidnap a girl - you will have to pay a ransom.  Second option - you lose her forever.
