I cant find out how to get a hot actress with out paying or using the spa thing how can I get a hot actress

If you mean actual Sex appeal, then you can't get above around 60 without using the spa. If you mean potential Sex appeal, then just date hotter and hotter girls and eventually one of them will become your fuck buddy, then you can make her an actress.
