Probably not but this doesn't mean gay action will not be included in future. The steward's dialog at the cruise ship is probably serving as a hint.  My guess is there will be gay scenarios in the game eventually, as there should be. The notion that the game should be all straight sex because it's a pimp game is ridiculous. Pimps and whores don't care about the sex, they care about the money and will sell whatever the buyer wants, be it gay or straight.
