What determines what girls can be stolen or cannot be?

If you put them to work on the streets other players can steal them, and Night Club jobs have random kidnappings, check the risk %.

Thank you! But I see that certain women cannot be stolen or kidnapped on the streets, but others can. Any idea on what determines this?

the owner is probly in the hospital cuz someone else got there 1st is my guess.
