How can you guys be so precise ? We have to use sliders, there is no window with numbers... unless I'm doing something wrong... ?

Not doing it wrong, but ... if you right-click on the horizontal three-colour bar beneath the sliders and pick the 'Inspect' option from the pop-up menu you will be able to see the numeric values 'of' the sliders in the debug pane that opens.
