pampering at the spa

my girls have 40 as the a maximum pamper  value.

I noticed there's one treatment in the SPA granting a +50  bonus.

What's the advantage at going over  a girl's pamper limit?  does Sex appeal increase?

Sex appeal stays the same. Pampering at the spa doesn't drop like in the gym, so the more you'll spend in spa the less time you'll spend on training the girls to have them on their max sex appeal.
