How do you change a working girl into an actress?

I am trying to get one of my working girls that I am not using to become an actress, is that possible?

She is not in my fuck  buddy list.

No, this is not possible. You need to find a new girl. Only a fuck buddy can be transformed to an actress, or a working girl, but that transformation is final.
