What is magic touch

What does magic touch do. Spent some coins on it in the gym and no real diffrance.

from what ive seen it round up the girls measurement to be better looking....i didnt notice a big real advantage either but only used it 2 times on girls that was already prety good ... maybe there is other hiden benefit but i havent noticed them .
