i would say increase your fighting skill first and win fights on others houses.

I make between 300k and 3 Mio per fight^^

The girls and clients come also with low skill, not so much perhaps, but enough^^

Money? I invested in girls (only divines) and little pink houses, too which i make 5 million a day, than i throw parties and get lots of girls and clients.
