Do you unlock more slots or do you have to buy them?

1) you can learn how to unlock additional girl slots in school - pimp for whores, film for actresses,

2) you can buy new slots for 100 CC each, both actresses and whores, but this is limited and I'm not really sure when it becomes available or what the limits are,

3) if you buy a special offer (with real world money), you can get a girl or two along with new extra slots for them.
