Experience points for Actresses

Question

I was wondering what "use" gives the most experience points for Actresses, meaning what activities lead to a fast increase of their level?

Is it using them as actresses in films or making photo shoots with them or using them as camgirls?

go to the casting tent, and pick delivery deals, thats the fastest way to leveled up, but making photo and movie is also, but slowly.
