Organizing a casting is bugged?

Question

I tried 2 times to organize a casting.

I set the temper at 50 and sex appeal at 70.

And what do I get? All of the contestants are at 1 with their sex appeal.

Money down the drain on a bugged feature.

How can I submit a bug?

As suggester, I reported a bug to which nobody answered. Plus, I tested again the casting tent and it acts the same.
