How can I change a Starlet appartment?

I just reached level 20 with one of my actress and promoted her to being a Starlet (while residing into one of the first appartment). I bought a better appartment and wanted to move her there and I get the message that I can't kick out a star from an appartment and I can't select her when adding an actress to my new and better appartment. Does anyone knows if it's possible to change her from one appartment to another once she is a Starlet?

She will need to stay in her current apartment for 14 days, then you should be able to move her.
