i was jailed for opening a parlor which had no girls in it (never did) to try to figure out why it was showing cash.i seem to have a few like this.please correct this bug.

Not a bug, high class parlours generate money because of their interior (upgrades) and you tried to collect money. The reason why you have been in jail, i guess.

My guess is, what actually generates this money is the bar. People come to your pub even without any girls in it.

On the other hand, you shouldn't get arrested for collecting money from an (assumed perfectly legal) pub. This might be a bug.

Do you pay business tax for your legal pub? I would say no. So your 'pub' isn't legal at all ;-)
