Does this mean by the gang i am in or something else.

after being attacked and losing a dick contest or brothel raid, u cant be reattacked for 4 hours, so the game doesnt become unplayable for weaker players. U will lose that protection if u attack another player

...unless you're using the invisibility cape - it allows you to attack others' brothels without throwing off your protection.
