If I understand you correctly your question is where to go to raid someone?
I am certainly NOT the right person to ask, but as no others seems interested I'll give it a try.
A raid is performed at a players parlor. You need to choose a player to raid and then one of his parlors.
Players to choose from can be found in the lists at the different leagues, for instance.
All you players who do raids, please feel free to comment and correct.
