when u shot photos or a movie, u have 3 options: one of ur pro actress, a girl from the casting, or a fuckbuddy.
When u shoot one of the last 2, her meter will go up and she will ask to become a pro actress when she hits 100% (u can offer the job earlier, but that might fail)
U need to do the filmography classes to have the slots available too
