Refill health bar?

Is there a way to refill the health bar without using a candycoin?

Unfortunately not. 

Alcohol can boost your energy, doing whores and sometimes a successful cruise of the town will add to your excitement, but time or CC's is the only way to regain health.

right, but just one way to add: getting hospitalised on purpose will bring back the full bar after 30 min, so with good planning, it may be the best way to regain health
