So my Question is how do i know what i should tell or ask them. I often get 5 Star Girls (grey stars) but i cant land it.

is there something like a list with tipps or something

the correct answer depends on the temper of the girl (just hoover over the pic of the girl and you will see the stats;-).

Keep in mind the event of joining has some random part which is smaller when you reach the end of the gauge.

Ill have a Girl with 3 Stars is there a way to get her higher than that ?
She had 3 Grey Stars ill get all Golden so can she get another Grey one

No there is no way of raising her beyond her class limits. That is the purpose of classes (mafugly,..., divine). With higher level you will be able to acquire better ones;-)
