​Only way to add levels to working girls is to put them to work. If you have girls with high attraction they will attract more customers. So keep them fit, let them have spa treatments to max their sex appeal, other than that there is really nothing you can do.

And remember you can't raise a girls sex appeal above her potential no matter what you do.
