I interpret the question to something like whats the point of kidnapping a hoe.
If so I can only say in my opinion there isn't really one, unless you just want to mess with another player.
You can kidnap a hoe and hope the other player will pay ransom for her, but he/she can choose not to and still get her back, in which case you gained nothing. You can't keep a girl you kidnapped from a parlor, to keep a girl it has to be a hoe on the street that you fight for.

I didn't know that. It makes sense though and can of course be used as a way to gain a double advantage towards a competitor in the league, by taking away income and getting a ransom too.
