basically if u go too high too fast u will be a weak character: low trophies, low outhouse score, underdeveloped everywhere.

But i must say i went a bit overboard telling that to a lvl 13, i suppose lvl 30 is worth rushing (for pro license) or even 40 (for full pimp courses)
