In gym. U can maximum sex appelas of girls. If they have 12/35, u can incrase max to 35/35. If u want (for example) 80 sex appeals, u need girl have to maximum 80 in sex appeals (for example 10/80 or 15/80 or 20/80 etc.)

you cannot raise the girls max SA, if the max is 34 it will always be 34, you need to get better girls to get higher SA.

Gym will take a girl to approx 60 SA (60/100), from 60 SA up you need to use spa treatments, this can be costly ( only worth doing on ***/100 divines.)
