Spa Treatments ( ones for the dick) add some Mojo, gain a lvl try again, if you lose, wait till you lvl up again beforre next attempt, refresh  spa treatments.

If you can't get the hang of the pumps, pay a coin for the 115% bonus.   But this still won't work until you're big enough and have enough spa treatments.
