No, this is not what i meen. The Question i have is in Pub there 2 Girls on Bar, if i talk to her, the first is Hello, then you can say or do more things like, let her speak, and so on. Here i failed.

Carnacien's answer is right. You should have listen to the girl and answer her question right and in time. Otherwise you will fail. I know it is boring listen to her for 5 minutes and more, but it is necessary to have a chance ;)
You can talk to two girls in the pub (not disco!!). One is in general ugly and the other is a better one. If you succeed they are in your fuck buddies list.
