Initial steps: get best weapon, have security.
Find the parlour to raid: from a player's profile page click on a parlour and from the girls shown (if any) pick one to try out. This will cost a little money and energy. You will get an entry in your Spyware.sex 'app' under 'places I visited'.
Do the raid: once you have your energy back (you'll need to be at full), sgo to the Spyware.sex app and from the places listed (it you have more than one) click on the 'challenge' button (it may be called something else). It may not be posisble to do so if they have protection (been raided in past 4 hour or using CC to buy longer protection). If you can raid, and you have clicked the button you will then get prompted to add security - take as many as you are allowed and click the button to proceed.
