I assume you want to recruit more actresses.
At first you need a slot for an actress (or you have to replace your current one). For increasing your slots, you can do some courses at the film academy. The courses depend on your level. With every semester you can unlock more slots (max 15 without buying actress with additional slot for real money).
When you have a free slot you can recruit girls from fuck buddies list or casting tent list by giving them jobs (amateur film or photo session) which will increase the 'gauge of consent'. Reaching 100% at the gauge will make her to ask you for a permanent job.
You can deny this (she will disappear) or sign her.
