Girls will "top out" at a certain rating on the meter based on your Seduction rating and their max attractiveness.  Either go for slightly less attractive girls, or level up and put a few points into Seduction.  And I feel your pain, my best girl is about 45, then I got a contact for one that was 56, but wouldn't go past 3/4.
