First complete the part of the tutorial where you beat up Mr D. I think you need to reach lvl 10 to do it.
Then you fuck one of your fuckbuddies untill her the gauge reaches at least 90%, (preferably 100%) and only then offer her to work for by by clicking the gauge. She might also suggest it herself when the gauge reaches a sufficient value.
