As a fuck buddie, i need lvl43 to "do her", but still can use her as an actress.

Now can i recruit her as an actress before lvl 43?

yes u can, theres no lvl restriction for actresses

If you give her enough actress jobs before you reach level 43, you can hire her before (she will ask for a contract).
