What exactly u need to do, to get that skill?

I'm not 100% sure what the recuiments are but I did it this way:

1. Wait when cruise ship arrives
2. Played black jack for 100$ and won 400$
3. Cash out
4. Fucked cougar on cruise ship
5. Played balck jack for 100$ and won 800$
6. Cash out and I got foot licking master skill

So when cruise ship is visiting win in black jack and fuck sea cougar and you should get it. You can play black jack by clicking sailor on port.

So you need to win twice? once $300 and once $700 ? Are $100 really enough or do you need to play fot $100k ?
And what if you loose money while trying? does that matter?
