There is no 100% chance of recruiting a girl at the pub.
At first there are two options (possible girls).
In front you get the ugly and easy one.
In the back you will meet the more attractive but also more demanding one. (like in real life;-)
For inreasing your chances you should have best car, watch and apartement (3 chances for increase -> green checkmark). For lower ones some minor equipement will do too.
The level of booze also influence her decision. In general, even when you have build up some resistance, she can drink more. Girls react differently on certain drinks. The best drink is not always the best solution to get her drunk. You can invite her to several rounds. But caution, when one (you or her) shots the cat, the date is over!
The introducing question depends on her temper. For hot tempered girls (66+) you can pick second answer. Also the 'show the penis' option depends on temper and level of buzz (picking here wrong option leads to cancel date -> get lost freak).
The 'make up a story' depends on your sweet talking skill, which should be high enough for her sex apppeal.
The 'just let her talk' need some attention, because you have to repeat the last topic from her blabla quickly. Here you can be lucky and don't have to answer, or unlucky and have to answer several times. I guess this depends on her sex appeal and your level. If you don't reply the right answer in time, the date is over.
So for increasing your chances you should keep her temper in mind (hover over her pic) and pick one option and invite her on a drink and so on and so on, until you reach the yellow zone of the gauge (i don't mind if you reach the red zone). The rest is random (like with iSnatch dates).
