so how do i warm casting actresses up for hire?

so now i see the casting category, but how do i warm them up for hire? i cant use them in delivery deals so the only action i see is a cold hire which always fails

If you begin a photo shoot (the building just south of the academy), and select the girl in the casting tab, or by using her in an amateur porno in the same way
