You can get extra slots for girls (hookers and actresses) by passing the relevant class in the associated category (Pimp classes for hookers, film school for actresses). When you look at the list of classes soem will have icons by the text: those that show a girl will add a new slot.
You may also get girls (and the slots to hold them) by buying some of the bundles and offers available.
